Provide meaningful instruction to students in assigned classrooms while the regular teacher is absent. Review and implement the regular teacher's routines, procedures, lesson plans, and curriculum objectives. Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment. Report any student injuries, illness, and serious discipline problems to the school administration.

Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information. Fixed asset processing and reporting. Develop and update budgets. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations monthly. Review and approve all disbursements prior to processing. Research and reconcile all discrepancies. Manage 1 2 direct reports (with growth)
